We currently offer shipping across all Emirates in the UAE.
All orders are processed and shipped from our UAE-based fulfillment center.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days after processing.

  • Remote areas may require additional time depending on courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for bulk orders.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted UAE courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Unavailability of the recipient

The courier may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or reshipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with photos and order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
