At Precut, we are committed to providing high-quality Paint Protection Films (PPF) that deliver long-lasting protection for your vehicle. We stand behind the performance of our products, and this page outlines the details of our warranty policy to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our PPF products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in material or manufacturing under normal use. This warranty ensures that our products will perform as expected, maintaining their protective qualities when installed correctly and maintained as per the guidelines.

2. Warranty Duration

  • Clear PPF: 3–4 years

  • Color & Carbon PPF: 2–3 years

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid for the duration specified above, provided that the product is used under normal conditions and installed correctly.

3. What Is Covered?

  • Defects in materials or manufacturing that result in failure to perform as intended

  • Peeling, cracking, or yellowing of the film caused by defective materials under normal usage conditions

  • Free replacement or repair of the affected product, if valid within the warranty period

4. What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation (DIY installation or by non-professional installers)

  • Improper maintenance or use of inappropriate cleaning agents

  • Accidental damage, such as cuts, tears, or abrasions caused by external objects

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemical products, petroleum-based cleaners, or solvents

  • Natural wear and tear, including fading or gloss reduction due to environmental factors

  • Damage caused by a third party, such as incorrect application of waxes, polishes, or coatings

5. Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your Precut PPF product is defective or damaged, please follow these steps to report a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue (photos or videos are encouraged).

  3. Submit the claim via our Report a Claim form or email us at Precut.ae@gmail.com.

Once your claim is received, our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or repair option.

6. Limitation of Liability

Precut’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of vehicle use or costs incurred due to improper installation or maintenance.

7. Product Care for Warranty Validity

To ensure the longevity of your Precut PPF and to avoid voiding the warranty, please follow these maintenance tips:

  • Clean regularly using non-abrasive materials and gentle cleaners

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, waxes, or solvents that can affect the film’s performance

  • Avoid extreme temperatures and exposure to chemicals or fuels

  • Follow proper installation guidelines and maintenance tips provided with the product
